Today is a rest day from T25 so I'm taking a complete rest day. I did my preliminary workout and was pretty surprised at my results. I can't believe I have improved as much as I did. YAY, ME!
I will use Saturdays to report my prelims and my weight.
Jason took me out. I drank 5 beers. I did BAD for nutrition... :-( but I had a GREAT time :-)
