Cardio was a LOT easier this week!

Lifestyle=24oz water= (I tend to drink 5-6 everyday)

Nothing of any interest to report. I do find myself running when I go up the stairs. Not down. I would probably fall. HA!

I did a lot of housework...vacuuming, laundry, cleaned the kitchen.

I made a yummy casserole with hamburger and the leftover spaghetti squash. The kids ATE IT! YAY!
