No Crossfit today. I wimped out of the 100 overhead squats (5 burpees evertime the barbell is put down). I will take my chances tomorrow. Plus, I've never taken one of Kim's classes.
No T25 today either. I just needed to "BE".

Lifestyle=24oz water= (I tend to drink 5-6 everyday)
The family was home for 3 days so this is kind of my Monday in that I needed to recouperate from having 4 bodies "wanting" me all the time.
I did nothing.
I don't feel bad about it at all!
