Lifestyle=24oz water= (I tend to drink 5-6 everyday)
In one month, I will turn 43. God help me!
I stayed on track today. I decided, since I didn't go to crossfit today, I would catch up on the T25 sessions. I was one behind because of skipping out on everything Tuesday. Now, I'm all caught up!
REALLY WANT TO WEIGH MYSELF!
