10 push ups (I did reg not knee)
10 slam balls (I did 25# kettlebell)
1 parking lot sprint

Lifestyle=24oz water= (I tend to drink 5-6 everyday)
Lifestyle=7 hours of sleep=Y

I feel soooooo good today and I'm so proud of myself. I knew I could lift WEIGHT! I just had to get over the fear of it. I am so HAPPY!!!!!
