Nothing major. Jump rope for 10-15 minutes trying to get that damned double under

Lifestyle=24oz water= (I tend to drink 5-6 everyday)
Lifestyle=7 hours of sleep=Y

Not much to report. My inner thighs and ham strings are killing me. My inner thighs actually fee sore to touch....BLAH!!!
